India has been facing a lot now, the coronavirus pandemic has taken over the nation, clashes between the Indian and Chinese army are going on and amidst all this, the Indian Army has been facing terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir.
The news came that two unidentified militants and a CRPF jawan were killed in an ongoing operation in Pulwama. In the Bandzoo area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama, a gunfight erupted while a search and cordon operation was being carried out by the Indian Army.
“Two militants and a CRPF jawan, who got injured in an exchange of fire, died,” said Inspector General of Police Vijay Kumar.
It was a joint operation that was carried out between the Police, 55 RR, CRPF, and the Army. The search is still going on in the area. This year alone 108 militants were killed in search operations in Kashmir. Till now 32 militants died in June during these operations.
Kashmir has always been a high alerting area. The attacks by militants have been taking place for ages. The paradise on Earth has not seen peace ever as always there is some type of chaos going on at the borders.
The Indian Army soldiers have fought bravely to protect our borders and tried to maintain peace in the nation. Several soldiers have died and sacrificed their lives for peace. There are several militants groups that have been hiding in the state and our Army is trying their best to root out these militants through various operations. One of the deadliest attacks which have taken place in the state was the Pulwama attack which killed many Indian soldiers.
